Ayoni is an Associate at Topmarké Attorneys on the Litigation, Immigration, and Real Estate Law teams. She is also called to the Nigeria Bar with over a decade of civil/commercial litigation and advocacy experience. She is licensed to practice in Ontario and Nigeria. She started her practice experience with one of the leading commercial litigation law firms in Nigeria and rose to the position of Senior Associate before moving to Canada.
Prior to her relocation, Ayoni advised on various aspects of dispute resolution/avoidance and represented multinationals, government, corporate and high net worth individual clients from trial courts up to the appellate courts in disputes arising from commercial contracts, real estate, and infrastructure, torts, banking, employment relations, taxation and actions challenging the exercise of powers by government and its agencies/regulators.
Ayoni’s professional experience in Canada includes an internship with a real estate law firm and working with a leading client care organization. Her experience and diverse background has uniquely equipped her to meet your legal needs in the most cost-efficient way.
Ayoni is inspired by two guiding principles – excellence and integrity. Outside law practice, Ayoni loves baking, making crafts, and being a super mom.
