Adewale Martins is an Associate Lawyer at Topmarké Attorneys. While his areas of practice include Immigration, Family Law and Business Law, Adewale’s legal background and interest is in Civil and Commercial Litigation and Arbitration.
Prior to coming to Canada, Adewale has worked as an Associate in the law office of Professor Abiodun Adesanya SAN and at Jireh and Greys Attorneys, both of which are reputable law firms in Nigeria. He has over 8 years of experience representing various clients in matters involving litigation, arbitration, immigration, and family law.
Adewale completed his Bachelor of Laws degree (BL) in Lagos State University and he’s Law degree (LLB) at Nigerian Law School where he was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2012. Adewale also completed his Masters of Law degree (LLM) in Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to Ontario Bar in 2020.
Adewale is a member of the Canada branch of the CIArb. He is also a Member in good standing of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb.) UK. When he is not working, he enjoys the outdoors, especially cinemas, dance and comedy shows. He also likes flying and traveling.
